How it works

Three steps. You barely lift a finger.

You're busy running the business — that's exactly why the leaks exist. The process is built to take almost none of your time.

STEP 01

Send your statements

You share 2–3 months of bank and card transactions plus a short intake form. Securely, and only what's needed. That's your entire workload.

STEP 02

We hunt the leaks

Line by line: duplicate charges, fee creep, zombie subscriptions, overpriced vendors, billing errors, and contracts you should be renegotiating.

STEP 03

You get the money map

A clear, no-jargon report: what we found, what it's costing you annually, and exactly what to cancel, dispute, or renegotiate — in priority order.

Proof

The first business I audited was my own.

I own a salon in Nevada. I ran the exact process on three months of its statements — the same business I look at every single week. Here's a sample of what was hiding in plain sight:

FEE CREEP

Security monitoring rate had quietly climbed for years — nobody ever called to renegotiate.

DUPLICATE CHARGES

Two overlapping charges from the same vendor for what should have been one subscription.

COMPLIANCE RISK

Consumer music subscription being used commercially — a licensing problem waiting to become a fine.

DOUBLE BILLING

Signs of insurance being billed twice — the kind of error that runs for years unnoticed.

$2,000–$3,500 in estimated annual savings — from card statements alone, in a business the owner watches closely. Imagine what's sitting in yours.
Pricing

One price. One guarantee.

No packages to decode. The audit finds your leaks — and if it doesn't find at least its own cost in annual savings, you don't pay. Start with a free 30-minute call if you want to talk first.

Who's behind this

I've watched money move at every scale.

15 years in finance — seven in banking, seven in corporate treasury — forecasting, moving, and protecting cash for an organization where the numbers have a lot of zeros. I hold a CTP and an MBA, and I've built automation systems that find errors humans miss.

Then I looked at my own small business and found money leaking out every month — in a business I watch every week. If it happened to me, with my background, it's happening to you.

That's why Chaos to Cash exists: to bring corporate-treasury-grade scrutiny to businesses that could never justify hiring a treasury team — and shouldn't have to.

Questions

The things people ask before booking.

Is my financial data safe?

You share only transaction-level data — no logins, no account access, no passwords. Files are used solely for your audit and handled confidentially.

What if you don't find anything?

It's rare — most businesses leak in at least a few of the ten common categories. But if an audit genuinely turns up nothing worth acting on, you'll be told that plainly. The report never pads findings to justify the fee.

Do you need access to my accounting software?

No. Bank and card statements plus a short intake form cover the core audit. If you want to share more (payroll summaries, vendor contracts), it deepens the findings — but it's optional.

What kind of businesses is this for?

Owner-led businesses doing roughly $200K–$2M a year — restaurants, salons, trades, retail, and service businesses. Busy enough to have leaks, lean enough that nobody's watching for them.

How much of my time does this take?

About 30 minutes to gather statements and complete the intake. The review happens on our side. You show up to one call and read one report.
